What We Fix
Tell us what remains in the tub and when the cycle stops. Water level, noise and error codes usually identify the system that needs attention.
A blocked drain path, failed drain pump, check valve or disposal connection can leave clean or dirty water standing after the cycle.
Weak wash pressure points to clogged spray arms, a tired circulation pump, filter restriction or water that never reached washing temperature.
Door-latch feedback, control power, keypad communication or leak protection can stop a cycle before the first fill.
A damaged gasket, split hose, loose pump seal or excess suds can all put water at the toe kick. The leak path has to be traced while the unit runs.
The heater, temperature sensor, vent or control relay may be keeping the final rinse and drying stage below target temperature.
Debris in the pump, a damaged impeller or a motor bearing can sound similar. We inspect before a pump assembly is condemned.
Write the code down before power is reset. It tells us whether to arrive prepared for fill, drain, temperature, communication or leak diagnostics.
A dispenser fault can be the latch, its actuator, spray-arm clearance or a cycle that never reached the release point.
Tell us the model, the last completed step and any code on the display. That is usually enough to plan the first visit.
Describe the symptom — the diagnostic fee comes off the repair.
